Please note that 48 hours notice of reschedule or cancellation is requested either through the online booking system (if you have booked online) or by email, text or telephone. Please do not notify of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments through social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) as messages may not be received in time. Reschedule, Cancellation and Missed Appointments - Fees If less than 24 hours notice of reschedule or cancellation is given, a fee will be charged. The fees are 30 minute appointments £18, 1hr appointments £30, 1hr 30 min appointments £45 and Shamanic healing/2hr+ £65. Payment is requested either by text message to a link to secure online payment or a PayPal link sent via email. If less than 12 hours notice of reschedule or cancellation is given, the full treatment cost will be charged. Missed appointments are also subject to a fee of the full treatment cost. Payment is requested either by text message to a link to secure online payment or a PayPal link sent via email. Late Arrival Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, the session will continue to end at the scheduled time.
