Refresher Workshops
Reiki Refresher Workshops are for those who have completed either Level 1, Level 2 or both - with myself or another teacher - and who feel they have lost touch with their practice a little and would like a gentle and experienced guiding hand on the path. Reiki is like all other skills, if you don't use it, you lose it! This is quite common for lots of people who studied Reiki many years ago. Sometimes Reiki is prominent in our lives and at other times it falls a little by the wayside - this is life and it is natural that we feel out of touch if we have not practised for while.

Reiki Level 2 Refresher Workshops are also ideal for professional Reiki Therapists who feel they need to check in with their practice and re-energise to continue supporting clients. Reiki 2 Refreshers are recommended for those wishing to begin my Professional Practitioner Program.

My refresher workshops are informal and suitable for those who would like to reconnect in a quiet, therapeutic space. They are currently held twice a year, either in small groups or one to one, at my East Kilbride practice. Please see upcoming dates above.
